Welcome

Hi, welcome to Teal Tropics, home of my tropical worlds, plants and companions. Beginning with years of gardening, my love of plants has expanded into my home, from where I can now share them with others.

My range aims to offer something for everyone; terrarium first-timers will find starter sets with tools and instructions, and experienced terrarium artists will discover a mix of options to expand their choices to craft unique and interesting setups.

 

All my plants and custodians are raised and packaged by me. I grow a range of plants both easy and quick growing, as well as a mix of rare and unusual species from across the world. I also occasionally offer propagations of my larger house plants and UK seasonal plants.

Plants are only made them available when I feel as though I am comfortable with their care and condition. I also try to pass on as much information as possible, but if you have any questions please feel free to get in contact with me.

 

I use FSC certified boxes and paper with a high recycled content, and most of my packaging is already completely compostable. This includes compostable clear cellulose bags which are noted.
