This plant is a tropical vining plant from Asia. It grows vigourously and displays a beautiful natural silvery veination. Makes a for a stunning, eye-catching houseplant, and also works very well as a trailing plant in larger terrariums or vivariums.
This is a relatively easy plant to look after when its needs are met. Like most variegated plants, this plant requires a lot of bright light that is not in direct sunlight to keep its variegation strong. Less light will result in less variegation.
This plant needs a moist but airy and well-draining soil mix that will retain moisture and humidity, but allow the excess to quickly drain away and give space for its root network to expand easily. Its leaves will begin to droop when it is lacking enough water.
Humidity is one of the main needs of this plant and it will thrive in higher humidity environments (although it will still be reasonaly ok in lower humidity environments). It is advised to mist the plant regularly/group it with other plants/place in a humid room/pebble tray with water, as with other tropical plants.
It is recommended to keep this plant above 8c to prevent dying off.
